Web & Bot Development
What technologies do you use for websites?
We primarily use the Next.js and React ecosystem for frontend, paired with Supabase or PostgreSQL for backend. This ensures your website is fast, secure, and SEO-friendly. For styling, we use Tailwind CSS.
Do you include hosting in your web packages?
Our standard packages include setup for deployment on platforms like Vercel or Netlify. For more complex hosting needs (VPS, Dedicated), we can assist with the setup but the hosting costs are usually separate.
What kind of bots can you build?
We build bots for moderation, music, payment automation, user verification, ticketing systems, and RPG games. We support both Discord (using discord.js) and Telegram (using python-telegram-bot or gram.js).
Do you provide source code for the bots?
Yes, for most custom development projects, you receive the full source code upon completion, allowing you to host and modify it as you see fit.

What payment methods are supported?
We primarily support Indonesian payment methods via iPaymu and Duitku (QRIS, Virtual Accounts, Retail Outlets). For international clients, we are actively integrating Stripe support to accept global Credit/Debit cards soon.
Is my payment information secure?
Completely. We do not store your card details or banking credentials. All transactions are processed through regulated payment gateways (iPaymu & Duitku) which use bank-grade encryption.
Do I need to confirm my payment manually?
No, our system is automated. Once you complete the payment via the gateway, our system receives a callback and instantly updates your order status to 'Paid'.
Order Fulfillment
How long does it take to receive my order?
Instant delivery is available for digital stock items. For custom services: Web Development takes 3-14 days depending on complexity; Bots take 1-7 days. Premium account upgrades are typically processed within 1-24 hours.
How will I receive my product?
For digital accounts, details are sent to your registered email and WhatsApp. For development projects, we will invite you to a private repository or send a zip file via email.
What if I don't receive my order on time?
Please check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, contact our WhatsApp support immediately with your Order ID, and we will resolve it within minutes.
Support & Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
Premium Services come with a full warranty for the duration of the subscription. If a service stops working, we resolve the issue or provide credit. Development projects include 30 days of free bug fixes.
What are your support hours?
Our support team is active from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time), Monday to Sunday. Messages sent outside these hours will be answered first thing in the morning.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are available if we fail to deliver the product within the specified timeframe or if the product is non-functional and cannot be replaced. Contact support to initiate a claim.
